WHAT WILL CORTILUM DO?
Cortilum will evaluate the validity and damage of the product to define the coverage of its warranty.
HOW TO REQUEST A WARRANTY REPORT?
All warranty reports must be sent to garantias@cortilum.mx and must be supported in writing and with photographs. You must bring attached the warranty letter delivered in your purchase order. The report will be attended to within a period of no more than 15 business days (Monday to Friday).
Exceptions
Ignoring the installer's instructions or recommendations provided by the sales advisor invalidates our warra.
The customer should not alter or repair the affected area until Cortilum has reviewed the problem and determined a possible cause.
Cortilum expresses its full responsibility regarding its products. There is no other warranty applicable to a particular use.
No representative of Cortilum has the authority to modify, reformulate, supplement or make any promise regarding our warranty.
